Losing out on money or spending time in jail just to go swimming isn't really worth it in the long run. Yeah, it sucks to be the only one under 21, but you have a lot more responsibility to your soon to be born child. If you're asking for an opinion: Don't do it. Considering how much money a hotel would stand to lose should they be hit with an under-age citation (and risk losing their license to sell alcohol), I'm sure most places take this pretty serious, and I would count on them asking for an ID and even taking notice of fakes. I've heard of many places that do, in fact, check ID's. As others have already stated, you ABSOLUTELY have to be 21 to enter the pool at LinqĪs for getting caught: From what I've seen around the 'net (so take that for what it is worth) it's 1K fine and up to 6 months in jail.
